When it comes to anti aging products, we have a lot to choose from. You can go the slow and patient route by using a product like retinol that takes time to see results. With retinol the results are permanent only if you continue to use the product with the idea as you age, you will need to up the percentage and most times end up using a prescription grade formula. Then comes the instant changers, like I like to refer to them. Products that do not work on a long term basis that provide the changes that stay, but more like formulas that give you that pep (think what energy drinks do) and give you that “lifted” look instantaneously. The last options revolve around appointments, doctors, fillers, to surgeries and that is just not a route I am ready to literally face with my face. My solution is combo driven. Meaning I use acids and retinols to work on my face for more permanent results but I also use the instant type for when my face is sending out an SOS. You just can’t fake a goodnight’s sleep without the instant products there to save you!

Dynamic Innovation Labs, is a company that provides OTC products that address both a instant and/or longer term solution towards aging skin. This is a company that is serious about skin care and no longer using the everyday formulas that just make fine lines and wrinkles giggle. Dynamic Innovation Labs is about annihilating any fine lines and wrinkles, including those we get from smiling and laughing too much. Yes, even being super happy comes at a cost! Hey, I prefer working on a overly happy face versus a moody one. Once you visit the site, the price points can be scary. Again, Dynamic Innovation Labs is not playing games and is producing formulas as a last resort before or even if you are considering any surgical enhancement procedures. Everything comes in these surgical looking vials that resemble a injector but minus the needle. They stand behind their products by even offering a free sample ($5.99 for shipping and handling) of their Instant Eye Lift . So, you can try before buying the full size tube.

Ingredients (as posted on the website): Purified Water (Aqua), Sodium Silicate, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, CI 77489 (Iron Oxide), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

Verdict:
Price of a product never equates quality and/or results. This runs so true in the beauty world of products that most times many products out there have just found a fancy way to sell us water or a cheap oil for more than it’s worth! This angers me but anger causes wrinkles, so I try not to think about it 🙂 . When Dynamic Innovation Labs offered to send me their Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift to try out…..I of course was excited. I want instant results and the Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift has a rating of lasting 6 to 8 hours. That’s a lot of lifting for a few drops of product and I was not convinced. I receive the vial and use is simple, you just apply a few drops and watch the effects. Make sure not to rub the product in and the idea is to get a thin film on while holding a face with no expression. Yeah, act like a statue! Okay, it made me laugh but I had to hold it in to not be left looking like I am cackling 6 to 8 hours. Once the product dries, you can then apply make-up as you would any day but keep in mind in not messing (rubbing in too much) in the areas treated. I did just that and the formula did not interfere with my make-up. I actually skipped on a concealer! Now, the results. I was surprised on how you watch your face sort of lose that tired look within seconds as the Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift starts…..well, lifting. It does not take a lot of time for the solution to dry and you do see results. I look like I sleep well and my life is perfect if you see me! I like that. I don’t want to look like I feel sometimes and especially on days where 4 hours of real sleep is all I obtained. No other product in the instant category has ever lifted and worked like this one from Dynamic Innovation Labs. This is why I rarely ever review any instant anything on my blog, due to the high failure rate. No fails here. Yes, the product costs $395.00 or $375.25 with subscribe and save, but it 100% works. I have overspent more on products combined that failed in the instant and even the long term effects categories. You know how it feels waiting 7 to 10 weeks to see results and sticking to a beauty regimen that long and then seeing zilch occur. You then add time wasted and money……well, don’t get me angry because remember…..it causes wrinkles. At least order the sample and see for yourself the younger you again!

I have featured Exuviance/NeoStrata products in the past on my blog and have become a huge fan of their lines. The company really addresses all your skin’s needs with products that not only target, but most even reverse and/or prevent from skin issues worsening. My biggest issue most of the year is puffy eyes. No matter how many hours of snoozing I get, I am a puffer fish every morning. As long as the world has nature, which produces pollen and the such, my eyes will swell. I take decongestants and allergy pills but none address the poof I get around my eyes. I have been target treating this area since my teens! My biggest worry was getting dark circles due to the constant pressure and swelling. So far taking care of the problem via eye drops has worked by reducing the problem by 50%, but I’m still puffy! Eye drops also make the sensitive skin around my eyes irritated. I will experience redness to peeling if my watery eyes cry out a few tears after application. Playing catch-up is not so simple, so when Exuviance stated they have a Depuffing Eye Serum, this Puffer Fishy raised her hand!

Exuviance’s Depuffing Eye Serum, works in several ways. First, being in serum form, the product itself is easily and rapidly absorbed. No adding heavy creams that tend to make already that stressed out skin feel heavy and like it can’t breathe. Their proprietary “Eyeliss™ and Actiflow® ” promotes circulation to the area. This action aids with swelling dissipating the fluid that builds and causes the puff effect. This is why I am more puffy in the early morning when I wake up. Everything was allowed to pool up giving me that look that I have been crying when I have not been! As I mentioned and you have heard countless times, our eye skin differs in texture and fragility compared to the rest of our skin on our face. This is why even when applying products you have to be extra nice and why Exuviance created “NeoGlucosamine® “. Think of this as the body builder for your eyes. It will help firm the skin and regain it’s tone, plus this is like I said a new way to treat your eyes. You can apply the Depuffing Eye Serum to the bottom and top of your eyelids. So droopy eyelids also get a work-out! The roller itself creates a soft massage while you apply and being softer is better than being told to use your ring finger when applying. Can’t count the times my ring finger has not played nice and applied product to my eye versus outside of my eye. Exuviance, also added caffeine to the product for instant results. While the other ingredients help your skin regain it’s losses, the caffeine gives you instant lift. You will see in seconds shrinking and tightness, and your eyes look more…..well like they should.

Retail Price Point: $72.00 via Exuviance and Ulta. Ulta currently offers a gift with purchase. You get a FREE full size Targeted Wrinkle Repair with any $75 Exuviance purchase (offer valid 7/3/16-7/23/16 or while supplies last). Amazon has a price point of $49.04 but zero free item and because the free gift is at full size, it is hard to overlook a product for free that usually costs $65! Free shipping via Ulta with a $50 purchase too 🙂

Ingredients (as listed on the website):
Aqua (Water), Isododecane, Dimethicone, Acetyl Glucosamine, Glycerin, Polysilicone-11, Polysorbate 80, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Dipeptide-2, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Caffeine, PEG-14M, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Extract, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Citric Acid, Steareth-20, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitan Isostearate, Polysorbate 60, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, CI 42090 (Blue 1), CI 15985 (Yellow 6).

Verdict:
The price. I know. One thing I have learned though that price in the beauty world says zilch about a product. You can pay a lot and get zero results, or it will be the best thing ever. I have also been using a fair priced eyebrow pencil and it works better than the $40+ kit for brows I purchased last year. So, when evaluating this serum, I measure by how it works/if it works, and it has to outperform products of like kind. I love the applicator from the get go. No risk of contamination by messing with fingers in a jar, easily slides and allows me to be kind to the skin around my eyes. Game changer, you can address both upper eyelid and under eye areas. Yes, this is an all purpose eye product that addresses finally the entire eye! So tired of under eye limitations with everything called E-Y-E creams! It’s a serum and my skin loved it. Absorbed it just like the ground in California absorbs water when it rains! I love this because this means no messing with my foundation or even BB Creams. I tend to go light with coverage in the Summer anyways, so this plays well with the let’s go light what I put on my face habit. Now, the results. I wanted to not like you. Okay, the price stings but when I applied Exuviance’s Depuffing Eye Serum to my right eye and lost my Puffer Fish status……..well, it’s a cute name from a Husband that is trying to be sweet about my puffy eyes but it looks like I am sad when I am not. This serum brought the happy me out. I know, I wanted to really say whatever. It works like any caffeinated/Green Tea thingy you can get off the shelf at the drug store, but it did not. I was left with zero residue to deal with like with some gel formulas that peel and my eyes just looked open and like they should. This made me feel better because looking better has a positive effect (at least for me it does). It also lasted. That is the real kicker because 8 hours later and I look in the mirror, still me with normal eyes! I am not trying for model status but I sure as heck want my eyes to look like my own and not like I have been partying all night (looking like you had fun and did not……so wrong). The price is a hit but softened by Ulta when I hunted because I knew I would be re-buying this serum. Giving me a $65 product that I like and would use…..you got me! I tried running but you worked, so I can either moan and groan (and then give myself more wrinkles) or walk out with smooth eyes and you may call me now the former Ms. Puffer Fish lady 🙂

Next on the Valentia beauty line, comes the True Glow Eye Cream for review. I use eye creams and serums on a daily basis and twice a day because I find this area tends to reflect signs of aging sooner than the rest of my face. My goal is to always keep this area hydrated and moisturized at all times because of this!
Valentia’s True Glow Eye Cream comes in a glass bottle with a pump action top. The product advertises as being an Intense Corrective Eye treatment, which not only works as a preventing regimen but also aids with current issues. The eye cream helps with:
- Reducing Fine lines and Wrinkles
- Restoring Radiance by helping repair and nourish the delicate skin around our eyes
- Hydration from oils to Anti-inflammatory ingredients to reduce puffiness that may further diminish the appearance of aging skin.
- Tightening the area around the eye by aiding with elasticity and targeting dark circles. which can make a person look tired and cause an irregular skin tone/color effect to the area.
Ingredients (as listed on the package):

Retail Price Point: $25.00 via Amazon for a 1.18 ounce glass bottle with a pump action top.

Verdict:
I always give myself about 3 to 4 weeks when it comes to trying any beauty creams and serums. I need to know if the effects I experience belong to the product I am testing or they are just the remaining benefits from the one prior. I can then also get an idea how well a product performs! The first week of trying the eye cream from Valentia, I noticed the product tends to linger longer on the skin than my former eye cream. As much as I love quick absorbing products, my prior eye cream left no residue but also no hydrating protective layer. It would just vanish within four hours and if the day was even breezy in nature, I could feel that tight feeling your skin gets when it’s drying out too much. The True Glow Eye Cream from Valentia left a protective layer that kept my skin looking smoother longer through out the day. I used the product twice a day and experienced zero irritations from use. The thin layer allowed for make-up application after and no odd little rolled up residue balls formed hours later, or worse, when your make-up separates making it look like you forgot to blend. None of that happened! I did not notice fine line repair by week three, but I can state that the product is phenomenal went it comes to working as a prevention aid. I looked more awake because the skin in that area was smooth and naturally plump, not swollen from my seasonal allergies! My eyes water at night and when I sleep, creating what I call “teary eyes”. I get red streaks from the irritation if I forget to apply eye cream or applied a poorly formulated one. I can state the Valentia’s True Glow Eye cream prevented any red marks from setting in, so I woke up looking fresh and not like I have been weeping! This is an eye cream I would continue to use but also along with the Ultra Plumping Hydrating Mask from Valentia. These two products help each other out and I get a balanced appearance that is noticeable with this duo.

On my blog, I have reviewed numerous (don’t start counting) of beauty products. Many are anti-aging oriented because when we were little girls, we wanted to look older and of course now that wish has made us rethink and start fighting the hands of time. I don’t want to look stretched out and lose what my real face looks like. My goal is to look my best for my age. Not for anyone else or to compare to the standards set in magazines, I just want to look better because it makes ME feel better!
I was fortunate enough to be included into the Tria Sneak Peek program, which featured the new Age-Defying Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser. It’s a little laser that helps improve your skin’s appearance around the delicate area surrounding your eye. I’m already a Tria fan and own their other laser so I came in with high expectations. I tried the laser as instructed without using any creams, lotions, serums that would blur the true benefits from the laser. I just used a moisturizer to keep my skin healthy.
The Tria Age-Defying Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser features:
A new laser system that is FDA-approved and requires (sit down for it), just 2 minutes a day. That is the same amount of time it takes to brush your teeth! The laser from Tria is a Fractional laser. These type of lasers allow for the user to treat and diminish fine lines and wrinkles. It is the same as you would see in a Dermatologist setting. The laser aids with resurfacing the layers of your skin, meaning removing the older layers without damaging and producing a new and smoother looking surface. Such lasers are used to remove skin problems like acne marks, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles. You are left with beautiful skin that reflects a better looking you with zero down time. The laser stimulates the skin to heal, by leaving a column when it “zaps”. You are left with chambers that have been treated, with walls (columns) of intact skin to aid in the healing process. This allows the skin to stimulate and creating a more flawless appearance. Fine lines smooth out, skin elasticity improves and cells renew producing a younger look that is still as natural looking as you, so no worries of looking like you had extensive procedures.

Retail Price Point: $249 for the Age-Defying Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser or you can purchase the “Black Friday Deal” for $259, which includes Prep Cloths and a Nourishing cream (very much worth it for just $10 more).

Verdict:
I tried the Tria Age-Defying Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser and because I am accustomed to zaps of the other Tria laser I own, this one provided zero discomfort. I came in with high expectations because of the results Tria is known to deliver but also because this is a laser that I was familiar with when it came to performance, even though I had only read about it and not ever had a treatment. When I saw just 2 minutes a day, I was unsure then about what to expect. It just seemed so simple and there are serums I have used longer periods (i.e. months) and have been disappointed. I used the laser and noticed improvement at the 2 week mark! Okay, this is better than anything I have ever used out of a bottle, jar, you name it. My Husband noticed my skin around my eyes was “less squint-y” (his words). When Tria said, “Eye Opening Results”, okay I see what you did there. My eyes looked more awake, brighter and even though I don’t have a lot of fine lines in that area, what I had just went poof! Like gone and no tricks of lighting or creams that reflect this to make that look better. This was real, true results that remained after I washed my face. You don’t get that with products that temporarily plump and smooth out your skin! This is looking good make-up and magic potion free. I continued to use the laser down to the day the trial period ended and reported my results. I was thrilled and did not want to let go of “my precious” laser but part of the agreement was letting it go so I could get one from the final model that would be going into production. I have spent……well, let’s not go there in what I call empty and broken promises that come in bottles, jars, good for the environment squeeze packs and so forth . Nothing delivered as quickly and as well, as the Tria Age-Defying Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser! Being able to look good this quickly and knowing it’s for keeps as long as I keep with the treatments (8 weeks treating with a 4 week break), that is just something I have never been able to achieve. I am 100% satisfied and Tria stands behind the success their products bring. You get a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied…….something very few brands of anything beauty ever print on their own packages. You have nothing to lose other than a few wrinkles and fine lines 🙂

The second product I was sent from Solvaderm targets the sensitive skin around the eyes. Eyevage, is intended for use on “mature skin” and also for people that are experiencing problems in this area.
Eye skin can be tricky and some of us may have drooping of the eyelids, while most tend to want to target the area underneath the eye. This area is where people tend to experience issues from under-bags, puffiness, dryness, fine lines to the ever disliked crow’s feet. In other words, the skin there tends to show the most stress because of it being more sensitive than skin in other areas of your face. This also means a product needs to be strong enough to address the above issues but kind enough to not cause irritations.

Eyevage by Solvaderm, combats the aging we experience around the eye area and also helps keep the less stressed areas from rapidly showing the signs of aging. You end up with a fresher look that is associated with younger skin.
Ingredients (as listed on the website): Purified Water (Aqua), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, Phytonadione, Arnica Montana Extract, Oxido Reductases, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Protein, Hydrolyzed Rice Bran Protein, Laureth-7, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Polyacrylamide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Eriobotrya Japonica Extract.

In the list of ingredients, the first few are identifiable so for the sake of not breaking down the obvious, I will address the ones that are usually not listed in eye creams and why Eyevage stands out from other products that are of like kind. Squalane, is usually derived from olive oil and in the list you find it comes after a few other oils/emollients listed. After that you find Phytonadione listed. Phytonadione, is Vitamin K and this vitamin is associated to be beneficial to the blood and circulation. Dark circles is a result of how veins and capillaries appear under the skin. Think of when a sheet of thin fabric is draped over a dark wooden table. The dark wood and it’s pattern is not distinctive through the sheer material but you still get a dark shadow that shows through and more in the areas where the grain is darker and deeper in the wood. This is what the thin skin under our eyes reflects towards the outside. The Phytonadione combined with other powerful ingredients like the antioxidants found in Apricot oil, and this can help diminish that dark appearance.
Retail Price Point: $74.99 for a 0.5 ounce bottle of Eyevage, which comes with a pump action top that allows the product to remain free from exposure to air, bacteria and even light.

Verdict:
I used Eyevage for a period of 3 weeks to see how well it would perform with the problems I experience. My skin issues in this area are puffiness due to allergies and even though I’m fair when it comes to skin color, my veins in this area do not reflect through to give my eyes a dark circle appearance. It’s the one of the things I have been lucky in and even though my allergies are bad, I never rub my eyes because that can cause the capillaries to become damaged and even break. I just was addressing moisture retention and attempting to avoid fine lines and lessen the one I have under my left eye (yeah, I don’t even wrinkle evenly). The formula is light from Eyevage and again applies easily. My skin absorbed it quickly and eagerly. Week one passes and I am happy with the moisture effect and how it keeps my skin plump and supple in this area. Week two arrives, and I still remain content with the results and I notice improvement towards the end of the second week on texture. My skin looks smoother. I get to week three and I remain satisfied with how Eyevage is performing because the product has kept the skin around my eyes nourished and problem free. The only short coming I can find is the lack of a retinol. I know the eyes are sensitive but in my case I can tolerate a small percentage in this area but I do know others can not no matter how much they attempt to “desensitize” that area. Some people can even apply every other day and experience more negative effects than any positive ones from the retinol because their skin just can’t tolerate it. Mine can, so I will be adding a very low amount of retinol here just to increase the benefit of reducing small fine lines and making sure (an insurance policy) I don’t develop any new ones. This is just a personal choice in my part, I am however happy the Eyevage treatment is a good enough of base product that I find it worthy enough to deliver that little bit of retinol to this area because it’s not something I waste just on any product. The base product has to be good enough on it’s own and Eyevage is!

I was able to try the mini-me version of Swiss Ultimate Lab’s under-eye massager and now I get to try the larger size.
This Swiss Ultimate Labs Sonic Ionic Infusion wand is more than double the size and that means it lends itself to use in other areas and I found this wand had more power, even though the wand uses the same battery power (one AAA battery). The battery is included with this wand too! The wand is advertised as providing Ultrasonic therapy and Negative-ion; micro-electric pulses. That is delivering up to 170 sonic beats per second where applied. The game is to increase collagen production by driving water (moisture) to the skin’s surface. That is what minimizes and diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. You will see on the first treatment a temporary improvement that is visible and you can feel a smoother’s skin surface. Over time the idea is that you make this the state of your skin, meaning it gets use to being plump, nourished, and minimizing the fine lines/wrinkles you may have. You aid this process by providing skincare products to the surface and so forth.

Retail Price Point: $13.87 via Amazon for one wand

Directions: The product comes with directions but they are not written very well. You simply apply any skincare product for that area (i.e. eye serum for the eye area, anti-aging creams, ect.) and then treat each area for 30 seconds. This does not mean you stay stationary in one place but more like 30 seconds under one eye and when that lapses, you then treat the other eye for 30 seconds and so forth.

Verdict:
I tried the little version like I mentioned and that one came with a cap to put over the contact tip after use, while this one did not and came in a box that is more for featuring, versus storing. That is the only small negative I could find because the rest was positive. The wand delivers pulses at a greater speed and I treated everything from my under-eye area, the middle of my eyebrows to my forehead. The wand was easier to hold and navigate and more speedy pulses were present. I have been using this wand for 2.5 weeks because I could not use it in conjunction with the other one, in order to know what benefits belonged to which wand. The manufacture states you will see benefits in 4-6 weeks and I can state I have already and I’m happy with a device that only needs a battery and is not invasive, like shots would be. I don’t even feel needles, so that is never my concern but what is in the tube and the possible side effects is a risk at this moment I do not want to take. As a skincare maintenance wand, this one fits the bill perfectly in performance and cost.

I have used many beauty treatments and have started to get curious about devices, lasers to even light technology. So much information out there but I am semi-familiar when it comes to wands. Years back (2012), L’Oreal released a similar device, which vibrated and helped distribute a eye serum. The unit had the vibrator on one end and the tube on the other. It was a nice unit that was easy to store and even travel with. I finally ran out of the serum but I kept the device end and would occasionally use it. Since, this unit and skincare combo was similar, I figured I give it a try and see how this unit performed.

- Swiss Ultimate Labs Eye Serum:
Not like any other dispensing unit I have ever used and I wish knowing about this now, that more beauty products pick-up this trend. The eye serum is pre-measured and the dispenser has a turn and click mechanism, that dispenses enough product to use on both eyes. You just push down on one end, and the unit will deliver the same amount of serum every time. You can also only push the part that allows the dispensing to begin at the half-way point, and you get a lesser portion. You are in complete control and no waste! The serum never comes in contact with copious amount of air like products stored in jars and the tip is easy to keep clean and keep sanitized. No worries of bacteria coming in contact, plus the manufacturer thought ahead and included a top to keep the dispensing tip clean and safe.
I used the serum that is more like a cream in texture when it comes out but once you start distributing the product, it disappears. You sort of get a sheen from the moisturizers but no white film left behind. I gave it a good 5 minutes before applying any make-up to make sure the product did not interfere. Moisture was something that you feel quickly and actually see on first use. Within 15 minutes, you will see a surface that is nourished and sort of plumped up by the moisture delivered. I felt my skin and you feel a little bit of tack when you leave the skin make-up free, but nothing that is oily or sticky. I used the eye serum for 3.5 weeks and while I did not see any reversing effects when it came to fine lines, I did see diminishing in appearance due to the high moisture level. I also liked that the product did not pill up when I applied make-up and/or hours later cause a sheen that changed my foundation’s texture. The serum played well with all the other products I use and who doesn’t like that!
Retail Price Point: $27.87 via Amazon for the eye serum and wand combo. The manufacturer also offers a satisfaction guarantee.
Ingredients (as listed on the website)
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Seaweed Extract, Water, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Hesperidin Methyl, Chalcone, Ilomastat, Steareth-20, Glycerin, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3, Carnosine, Acetyl Octapeptide-3, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7

- Swiss Ultimate Labs Sonic-Infusion Wand:
I underestimated what a wand and the right vibrations can do. My previous wand would vibrate but the wand from Swiss Ultimate Lab is more finely calibrated. You get a fine pulse and vibrations that are fast and in short successions. It’s not hurtful like my other wand was, where on my cheek bones it caused discomfort and sometimes a slight bruise if it skipped off. The Swiss Ultimate Lab wand does none of that. It’s kind to the skin and what I like best, when it comes off (stops contacting with your skin), it stops vibrating. That ceasing of movement when it does not have pressure from the surface is what makes sure boo-boos don’t happen. My other one had a on and off switch and I had to constantly click it on and off at the sides to save my battery, add moisturizer, distribute product, and so forth. I stop and the Sonic-Infusion wand works with me and stops too. The wand is what I felt made the product and any eye product you use work better. Wands of this kind help the production of collagen by pushing water up. I did not believe this claim before until I read this and when I got surgery on my leg, a plastic surgeon stated that the act of rubbing/massaging will make all the difference to my 3 month old scar. I started rubbing and massaging and it definitely started to diminish the appearance of my scar in 2 weeks time. It reduced the redness and perma-bruising that was left from the surgery and in no time I was just left with a semi-visible scar but not an ugly looking one like before. After getting this know how, I wanted a wand again and the one by Sonic-Infusion is perfect for the eye area because it’s compact and delivers just enough pulse to do the job. You will see within 30 seconds how the serum and or cream you use disappears and it’s not because it transferred to the tip on the wand. I checked and it was not there, it had been absorbed with just enough left to leave a protective barrier.

Final Verdict:
I think Swiss Ultimate Labs offers a combo kit that is easy to use and satisfies your skincare needs. It’s simple and kind in both ingredients used for the eye serum and the wand delivers the right amount of pressure, vibrations and increases absorption, while easing distribution. If you have early signs of again like fine lines but not deep wrinkles, you will notice a difference and realize I have used the product for a short period of 3.5 weeks. The company has a reasonable guarantee period of 90-days and I noticed a moisturizing effect quite rapidly. I like using the serum and feel it satisfies my needs. You can always add a retinol product for night use and boost up the turn-over effects but for being an eye cream, I enjoyed not having a toxic combo near my eyes and it was light enough to keep me using it.

Poppy Austin, is a beauty company, which carries products derived from natural and organic sources. The sources may not be your everyday common lingo, like Barbary Fig seed oil, but that does not mean it’s not something that should be overlooked. The old ways are becoming the new ways, so look at it like you would your skin, new ways to find rejuvenation.

I was sent an eye cream from Poppy Austin to test-drive. The eye cream has green tea, vitamin C and 72% of the ingredients are organic. The base of the solution is mostly an herbal infusion and Aloe Vera, so the product feels light when applied. The skin quickly absorbs the product and the eye moisturizer targets these major issues:
- Puffiness
- Dark Circles
- Increases Elasticity
- Fine Lines and Wrinkles
- Protects against signs of Aging
- and also Moisturizes

Directions: Being that this is an eye cream, a little goes a long way and I use a dabbing technique to disperse the product and then gently applied it to create an even layer. I waited for the eye cream to fully absorb, which ranged between 1 to 2 minutes time lapse, before applying any make-up. I did not experience issues during application of cosmetics to the area or hours later, when some eye creams can cause a “bubbling up” film that tends to make your foundation look like you forgot to blend. This eye cream gave me none of that, so I continued use for 3 weeks.
Retail Price Point: $22.49 via Amazon for a 30 ml fluid ounce bottle, which has a top with a pump dispenser.

Ingredients (as listed on the bottle): Herbal Infusion, Jojoba Esters, Glycolic Acid, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Carrageenan Gum, Grapeseed oil, Green Tea, Licorice, Methylsulfonylmethane, Evening Primrose oil, Sodium Ascorbyl.Phosphate (Vitamin C), Wildcrafted Euphrasia Officinails, Tamanu oil, Oregon Grape, Helichrysum essential oil, Jojoba oil, Rosehip seed oil, Palm oil, Hydrogenated Castor oil, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Glucoside, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Hydroxide, Coenzyme Q10, Phytic Acid, Phospholipids, Tocopheryl, Lecithin, Apple, Lemon, Sugar Cane, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate, Lemongrass, Vitamin C Palmate, Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, Sclerotium Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin, and Alcohol.

Verdict: On the first week of use, I noticed that the skin surrounding my eyes was moisturized and because I suffer from allergies, I continued use to see if I could get rid of some of the puffiness. I do not suffer from dark circles thankfully, so I could not test the cream against that. My skin remained the same but nourished with continued use. On week two, I still use my eye drops to get rid of my red eyes but also the puffiness and swelling I wake up with. I am happy with the way the product disappears after being absorbed. Zero residue and it does not haunt me later in the day by creating an oily film. The manufacture desires two applications per day for maximum results and I continue use into week 3. As I’m in California, the Winter we have has been mild but I did notice that when the nights are cold, my skin looks firm and feels like so, however not as moisturized. I have been needing to add a small droplet of oil (argan) on those evenings. I attribute it to my own needs due to my seasonal allergies that tend to be serious as we get closer to Spring. I will say for firming and protecting the skin around your eyes, this cream does the job as long as you keep in mind that puffiness will only go so much down without the use of eye drops but compared to the over-the-counter eye creams I have tried, this one fought the battle of the “Puffy Eyes” with great valor!

Yalmeh Peerless Beauty, is a company that specializes in beauty products fro Men and Women. Their lines cover everything from Hair Care products, Skin Care to Cosmetic Tools and Brushes. Many of the products are simple being that they have natural and/or plant based ingredients, but remain economical.
I was able to try a product from their eye cream line called, the Aloe Super Youth Eye cream. The product contains 100% Organic Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. The other ingredients range from natural oils, gels and extracts to natural plant based products, even some organic based. Free of mineral oil, propylene glycol or parabens. The only preservatives within the cream are labeled as natural.
Effects: The eye cream is advertised as protection that helps treat and repair wrinkles. Also, addresses dark circles, reduction in the look of age spots, moisturizes and softens the skin.
Results: I did a 3 week trial and used the eye cream in the daytime and also at night. I figured I just replace my former brand and give Yalmeh’s eye cream it’s place. The texture of the cream was pleasant and did not leave an oily residue. My make-up glided on smoothly and did not separate hours after. I have had issues with eye creams/serums in the past where a few hours later my make-up appears as if I never blended it in and sort of floats on top of whatever base I used. Thankfully, Yalmeh played very nice and I did try different foundation brands to make sure this did not occur.
- The first week, I noticed constant hydration to the eye area and this was more visible after I washed my face. I have “dry zones” that become noticeable after washing, like my lips will look dry and so will the sides (corners) and bottom portion of my eye. Part is do to seasonal allergies and the other part is just my luck! I noticed my eye area remained plump and just healthy in appearance, followed by feeling smooth and soft when touched. I continued use.
- Going on to week two, I noticed the same positive results but an even tone when it came to color/pigmentation of the area. My redness and pink skin was now just matching the rest of my face. The cream sort of calms the ill effects I experience from seasonal allergies and does not allow the tearing I may get, to irritate the delicate skin we have around our eyes.
- Week three is here and I do feel that the product is labeled correctly when it comes to calling it a moisturizer that protects, because it does just that. I did not notice differences when it came to fine lines and wrinkles because I have very little in those areas, but protecting the skin is something Yalmeh did well an even calmed it when stressed. The Aloe, Alpha Lipoic and Alpha Hydroxy acids did their job well. These ingredients also allowed the oils and vitamins to nourish the area and most importantly, moisturize.
