Milumia: Summer Dress in Pink with a Lace/Crotchet waist #Review

DSC_1664

Buying clothing on-line can be tricky at times and especially when you need an article for a special event on short notice. I find that everyone’s size small is not the same but at most stores or even internet clothing sites, you can at least run error on the side of caution that you can give or take a few inches. I love it when sites list actual measurements because let’s face it, you are cutting fabric to a certain dimension to give it a size. Sounds simple!

DSC_1665

Not so simple when the measurements do not match the article of clothing. Let me start by saying I range between a size small in some brands and medium in others. My chest is usually what makes me go up on size because I dislike that feeling of sleeves being pulled if a shirt is too tight in the front. In comes Milumia that thankfully lists the measurements in centimeters, but gives the shopper an idea of sizing. Dresses are a safe bet because you don’t usually have to worry about waist and hip sizes with certain styles and especially those worn in Summer. I wanted dresses that have a light fabric, so these being 100% rayon allowed the fabric to remain light and breathable.

DSC_1666

Now, to the second dress I ordered from Milumia. I ordered size small and it was still too baggy on the bottom but nowhere near as the white one I reviewed first. Extra small was available but at 33.1 inches, this left no room for error as I am about 33 inches around the chest and a C cup. The dress featured is a light soft pink in color (in the picture) with a paler pink where the crochet style lays, giving it a nice contrast. You have a beautiful flutter of fabric that rests just below the shoulder and it gives the dress a very fun and just perfect for Summer look! You also have a pearled-like pink button that allows you to have an open or closed “key-hole” at the chest.

DSC_1667

When I received the dress, the dress is not at all as soft “pink” as pictured. At the time I wanted the coffee color but it was not stocked in my size. I went with the pink as the second choice. I notice now Salmon is available and that reflects an even paler color than the pink I received. I can easily say the pink fabric does not reflect in hue to the one pictured and it seems like names of colors are being used freely without really knowing what hue they reflect. Furthermore, that contrast in the picture on Amazon where the lace lays……well, it’s not there. The pink on the crotchet is as deep in pink as the rest of the dress. The cut is also a little odd. The torso is not as long as it should be, making this dress almost have a doll like cut. I’m short at 5’3 and the torso just did not set well when I wore it. The waist is high but because it is not fit to your body, you lose any curvature you may have and it just looks like a child’s dress even though the skirt part is long enough. Very unusual. I have worn high waist dresses and because the cut in sizing was accurate, the dress rested beautifully.  Again, the sizing does not correspond with the one listed. This dress on the “waist” and top are way too baggy. I mean inches here in sizing being off, not centimeters. You will also note that there is discrepancies in sizing by color choice. Yes, Milumia has different dimensions for sizes that go by the color you choose. I have never seen this before. I can sometimes see where one color of fabric is sewn in one factory and another at a different location and you may have a few discrepancies by centimeters, but you have differences in inches here! So before you order, make sure to look and even then like the size small, pink dress I received; the color is wrong (and it goes beyond computer settings), the contrast in fabrics is not there and the seamstress did not even go by the graph present for the color/size. This dress retails for $19.99 and I could see it as a bargain if the sizing was respected and even the contrast in fabric was like the picture. A dress that is just too big and does not represent the sizing listed just makes it a draw of luck. Will the dress you get be the size stated? Who knows! Due to the color being as it is, I will not be trying to fix this one. I may try to wash it and see if it shrinks but then it could be shorter and not something I desire when the bottom is baggy (not airy).

Milumia: White Dress with Crochet/Lace Sleeves and a Tassel Bottom #Review

DSC_1659

Buying clothing on-line can be tricky at times and especially when you need an article for a special event and on short notice. I find that everyone’s size small is not the same but at most stores or even internet clothing sites, you can at least error on the side of caution that you can give or take a few inches. I love it when sites list actual measurements because let’s face it, you are cutting fabric to a certain dimension to give it a size. Sounds simple!

DSC_1657

DSC_1658

Let me start with the first dress. I ordered size small and it was still not small enough. Extra small at the time was not available. The dress is white in color in the photograph with matching crocheted-like details on the sleeves. You then have a tassel border along the bottom of the dress. The sleeves are kind of bell shaped but not fluted out drastically. So, I felt safe and especially when the page listed the model’s sizes (i.e. chest, waist, ect.) and stated she was wearing a small.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

When I received the dress, the dress is white and the crocheted sleeves are another tone of white, maybe even ivory/cream in color. The difference is noticeable and if the tassel bottom was the same tone, you could see the accents being off color but they are not; the tassels at the bottom are as white as the dress itself. Now, the cut is large. Very large. Like it’s a bell shaped dress that does not rest in the same flowing fashion as it does on the model. Easy fix as I do own a sewing machine and plan to just sew off several inches and this may allow the fabric to rest as it does in the picture. I can’t do anything about the color matching issue but I will be satisfied using the dress after swimming. It’s comfortable and not see through as some white fabrics tend to be. The sleeves are also so long on me and do not rest below the elbow as pictured. More than 3/4 in length and the crocheted detailed would be more appreciated if they were not so baggy that the heavy lace folds into itself. At $25.99 and with the sizing being so off, the color differences in fabric not matching like they do in the photograph…….well, it’s a little over priced in my opinion. I can see $16.99 to$19.99 for a beach dress that you can wear if you want to hit the local shops or catch a quick bite to eat. I gave the dress an extra star because I can fix it and I can’t ignore that fact. I will still end up with a usable dress I can wear but it will be more tailored to look like the picture and not have it look like a tent that hides any curves you may have.

BDB: The Billion Dollar Brow, Universal Brow Pencil is NOW Available at Kohl’s! #bdbrows #billiondollarbrows #BDBatKohls

DSC_1475

I have reviewed before for BDB, Billion Dollar Brows and can proudly share I still use their brow products on a daily basis. Having access to products is a must for me. Yes, I will hunt and order online products that are worthy of a shipping cost, but there is nothing like finding your favorite in store, so you can easily pick it up and go. Finally, the BDB product line has arrived at Kohl’s!

  • You can order on-line here
  • Or just visit your nearest store, which also offers “in-store” pick-ups if the items are not currently in-stock.  Just order on-line and wait for the e-mail when the item is ready for pick-up.
  • My previous reviews are here and here if you need to become familiar with the BDB line

DSC_1473

So, this is a win-win for us brow obsessing girls. I have not found a product yet that allows me to accentuate my brows by having them look tame and still natural. The brow obsession is a good thing because it’s amazing how much eyes can change by just making your brows pop BUT it can be taken too far. There is such a thing of too much of a good thing. Many products pile on the brow liner and/or powder. It’s like you can’t apply softly even if you wanted to and you end up with my Husband calls “scary brows”. With Billion Dollar Brows, I can’t error. That is a big thing when you are beginner to a pro applying make-up in a hurry because you hit the snooze button one time too many! I don’t want to work at making a product look right, it has to work from application and beyond. This means with BDB products you can easily blend, there is no fighting or having to worry about dark and thick strokes. The Universal Brow brow pencil allows you to apply in two ways. You can mimic hairs by following your own pattern to making your arch stand-out, by applying a line that then you can blend or leave as applied. This is where other products fall short. I have had eyebrow pencils play the “on or off” game, meaning it goes on and if I touch it, it just vanishes. There is no middle ground. I have had the “brow crumbles”, sort of like when bad mascara fails you, well eye brow products can do the same kind of shedding. With Billion Dollar Brows, I can get to the last part of the pencil and the product performs just as well as when I first popped it open. No drying out, no playing just nice when you have a fresh pencil, their products just do not fail and this why I use BDB products exclusively. I can’t say that about other brands! I change mascaras so often that I dread being asked what brand I use. It’s like asking me a trick question because I use one for length, one to build but that builds too heavy so I use another brand to separate and set. I also use one with a mini short brush for the end of my lashes that was really made for bottom lashed (told you not ask!).  No tricks with BDB and when I have 15 minutes to be out the door because I binged on NetFlix on Sunday night…..I need my brows to not show it 🙂

Neosan Black Triangle String Bikini

Summer is finally fully upon us in Southern California, and with it a June heatwave, which means the pool for me, Hubby and the dog, not necessarily in that order. So with pool weather usually comes a quick updating of my bathing suits, and a staple for years has been the simple black bikini, like the one I was sent by Neosan.

DSC_1419

Amazon is just full of sellers of inexpensive (or some might say “cheap”) bathing suits of dubious quality and very obviously stolen pictures from bigger manufacturers like Victoria’s Secret (who, incidentally, is getting out of the bathing suit game after this summer! Boo!). The product received looks nothing like the product pictured, takes weeks or longer to arrive, usually smell funny, with straps that break of seams that come unsewn. Neosan has none of those problems, and what you see is exactly what you get! The quality is amazing for the price for a set (Just $12.99 for top AND bottom) and the colors don’t fade after the first use. The black triangle bikini has removable padding and is double lined, with no worries of see-though fabric when wet like the last Neosan bikini I tried out. Both pieces sport tie closures for a customizable fit, and sadly, the seemingly popular “scrunch butt” back. Hubby loves it, me….not so much. The set does run a little on the small side, so if you’re worried about more modest coverage, order up a size.

DSC_1421

A girl can never have too many bathing suits when you have a chlorine in-ground pool. The chlorine will chew up bathing suits and spit them out, so I try to only buy suits that are made to last a couple of years or more, and these Neosan bikinis are the goods. You get what you order, it looks and feels like it should cost 2-3 times what they charge, and they are affordable enough to buy one in every color! I recommend them highly for your summer fun in the sun!

NEOSAN Colorblock Bikini

Summer is almost here, and In Southern California, we’re gearing up for pool and beach weather. Part of getting ready fro the coming swim season is updating my bathing suits. From time to time, I like to change things up a bit, and NEOSAN was more than happy to oblige me with a sample of their wares to wear.

DSC_1315

And while I like a few things about the suit, there are a few I didn’t like as much. Right from jump, the suit should have been double lined, because the white part, when wet, is almost completely transparent. No bueno for the beach, and a little risque even for the pool at home. Now, the padding in the top would cover any….shall we say, bits, that might show, but they are awkwardly shaped and make for a “lumpy” looking top. So it’s a real catch-22. The material is stretchy and doesn’t bind, and the first wear and wash I didn’t see any real color loss or shrinkage. Which is good because this suit is pretty low-rise in the front as is. I love the ties on the side for the bottom and on the top, which means I can semi-customize my fit. I ordered medium, and it fit like a medium, which is a nice thing when sizes on Amazon tend to run all over the place. I’m not as much of a fan of the “scrunch” back bottom. It makes the waistband dip and show some crack, which isn’t a good look on plumbers and isn’t on me either, plus it’s uncomfortable. That’s a trend I’d like to see go bye-bye. But the coverage on the back is moderate and other than the “scrunch”, I like it.

I wanted to wear the suit more, but the transparency of the wite portions is a major issue. I’m not a prude at all, but I definitely don’t want my cash and prizes out there for the world to see every time my bikini gets wet. So as much as I want to give this a 5-star rating, I have to say it’s more of a three because, really, a see-through bikini might be a hit with Hubby but isn’t my cup of tea. This issue might be limited to this style/color, but I would venture a guess that other, darker colors wouldn’t have this issue, and the cut and feel of the bikini I received is on par with Victoria’s Secret, at a fraction of the cost.

Romwe Limited: Bohemian Shirt style dress in Navy Blue #Review #Romwe

DSC_1222

I am always looking for affordable fashion options and especially with designs that are hot now and won’t be so hot later. Most times I make purchases with the idea I want the items to last, so I opt for classical styles and I must admit, my wardrobe starts to look kind of boring. Everything starts looking alike and the difference may be same cuts but in different colors or patterns.

In comes Romwe, and they distribute both via their website and on Amazon. Buying clothes on-line can be iffy at times. You just don’t know how sizing runs and certain production lines may run true to fit, while then you get a huge swing where items start then running large. Being that I was new to Romwe, I decided to play it safe and ordered one size up. Romwe differs where they list how their sizes run for each item, but I did notice where I may be a small in one version/style, I could easily jump to a medium in another style. Like with every female we run into issues where some shirts you just don’t want to pop out of!

I selected two items to review and now comes the Bohemian Shirt style dress in a blue toned fabric. Being that I have Prime on Amazon, I did not experience a delay in delivery. All items were in stock and shipped rather quickly. This is where I had a difficult time choosing a size that fir accordingly because of the dimensions listed.

Sizing (as listed on Amazon):

  • XS: Bust:31.5 inch, Length:32 inch,Sleeve Length:22.8 inch
  • S: Bust:32 inch, Length:32.5 inch,Sleeve Length:23 inch
  • M: Bust:33.5 inch, Length:33 inch,Sleeve Length:23.2 inch
  • L: Bust:35 inch, Length:33.5 inch,Sleeve Length:23.4 inch

Retail Price Point: Via Amazon, the dress is $24.19 and free shipping if you have Prime membership.

DSC_1223

There is no waist or hip size! I looked at the dress on-line and noticed there was not a fabric listed, so I had no idea if the dress had give or not. I figured if the dress was too tight in the chest area, a tank top could fix that.  I opted on going with a size that is more true fit on the chest, thinking it would then flow a little loose on the waist and hips, as per the style (fitting) on the model. I went with a size Small. The dress gets here and I should have gone with an X-Small! The dress is very largely cut and the dimensions listed are not a true representation. I love the style but the cut (final piece) is not sewn or like the picture, and this is the one I had higher hopes on. I call it a tarp but my Husband calls it a frock. If you have a waist, it’s all lost in the shirt. The dress has pockets, creating again that replication of bunching that I had with the first dress where it was sewn. There is no light flow to the fabric, as it is 100% polyester. This means no breathable feeling when worn. I’m short, so the arms were a perfect length but because there is elastic at the ends, my elastic band is still loose around the wrist. I attribute this to going a size up even though my chest/breast area is between a 33 and 34, this dress is lose there but the sewing on the shoulders……well, it was not done evenly. The shoulder area (seam) rests on the front of my shoulders, not on the shoulders themselves. Think collarbone. The dress is closed on the front by one stitch, which cause a gap if you move in it. I will be removing the stitch to stop this from happening and altering it so a tank top shows, but not so down that my undies show. This will also fix that forward like feeling of where the seams rest. My pockets sag because that is how much fabric gathers at the hips and waist. I think if we knew the model’s size (height, dimensions and waist/hip sizing because mine looks like it belongs on a large versus a small). If I ordered an extra small and the seamstress was the same one……well, the seams issues would have been the same. I wanted to love this dress but I think mine was just cut way too big on the bottom to be able to enjoy it and it look flattering on me. One thing is a little baggy for comfort/casual and another thing is so baggy that I am swimming in it.  The reason for the extra star, I can fix this dress.  I have a sewing machine and will be altering it but this is not always an option for everyone.  I also noticed by the reviews, the sizing is all over where some reviewers found the dress to fitting and some to loose.  I again attribute this to maybe this design the sewing/fitting is all over the place.  Kind of how the sleeve states 3/4 length but on the model that is not the case.  My dress also does not rest shorter on the front and longer on the back, it’s just the same all around.

Retail Price Point: On Amazon, the dress retails for $22.32 and ships free if you are a Prime member.  This means returns/exchanges are also free for Prime members!

I selected two items to review and I will first start with the dress I ordered. Being that I have Prime on Amazon, I did not experience a delay in delivery. All items were in stock and shipped rather quickly. The dress arrives and the pattern matches the one that is pictured, with a nude colored slip and a black colored lace pattern, which overlays nicely over the slip. I am a size 33 to 34 in the chest/breast area but a C cup, so I ordered a Medium size in this version. Waist is stated as a 29 (I’m a 27-28) and I found it rather larger than stated, closer to a 31. The stomach area (hips) is large again, like it bunches a bit due to the sewing detail Romwe added. When you look at the dress on-line, you see those pleats on the bottom of the dress? Well, the seamstress that did the dress sort of bunched the material a bit so above the pleats, I have two small bunches of fabric that causes that extra room. Not a big deal because it creates comfort but I would have liked a more fitting (tighter/neater) when it comes to the sewing. I think too much fabric was left to create the pleats but thing created extra tummy room too.  The dress flairs out towards the bottom if you move (just like with the model pictured) and because I’m a short girl, my dress is not as short as it is on the model but again, it adds to the comfort level. So, my little black dress is not as little as I wanted it to be but then again, I was playing it safe and ordered a size up. The fabric has no odd chemical order and smells almost freshly laundered, so I appreciated that. The fabric is not scratchy and I found zero snags. Now, you recall how I mentioned bunching of fabric? Well, the same bunching happened to my zipper, which is located on the side of the dress to give the article a nicer flow in pattern when worn. My zipper has a hiccup 3/4 up and thankfully because the dress is roomy, I can easily insert my index finger while my Husband takes the zipper the other 1/4 up. My finger serves as a smooth bridge, so the zipper can travel over, negating the bunching of fabric.  The bunch thankfully can not be seen when worn (even if I lift my arms) because the lace on top helps mask the beige fabric underneath, so the knot of material is undetectable. I look at everything above and weigh in on the price point. It’s fair for a dress of this quality and most importantly, this style. I have not washed mine yet and will be doing so on extra gentle and with Woolite for dark. I can see as long as I treat the dress nicely, the dress should last me the amount of wears I desire to have out of it. If when the zipper no longer can make the jump over the fabric that gathered, by then an almost $25 investment would have yielded a bargain on a really pretty style of dress. It’s comfortable, has a sexy flair and it’s great for a little date night! It looks like it cost more than what it is priced at so this is a win-win in my book. Perfect!

Simlu: Long Tunic Tank Top with Criss-Cross straps #Review #Simlu

In the world of fashion, sometimes a simple tank that stays put, keeps it’s shape and lasts is not and easy find. So many of my tank tops have been made into pajama tops, gardening tops and even clothing I paint and do crafts in because they just did not make the cut when it came to everyday wear. The last thing I want to do, is fight with my clothes. Quality matters in both materials and dyes used. I have so many kind-of-black tank tops because after a few washes and even using Woolite for darks, the black turned more like a bluish tint or has that ever loved white haze some black clothing get. I wash everything of this kind even in the delicate cycle and that still can not make a difference when you just start with a bad purchase.

DSC_1142

Like everyone, I buy on sale because paying full price is just against my shopping religion 🙂 . This means I usually pay around $3 to $5 per tank top, unless I score a sale where last seasons colors are being cleared out for 4 tops for $10. I sometimes will pay $10 if the color and fit is just perfect.

DSC_1143

When Simlu offered I try out of their tank tops at no cost, my first thought was how I buy everything on Amazon except for clothing. Amazon has a great free return policy when it comes to fashion purchases and I have tried shoes but never actual clothes. This was a new area for me!

The Simlu tank top has a cross-over strap pattern, that is already a bit different from every other tank I already own. You get comfort and shape retention by the mix of materials being used, 95% cotton and 5% spandex. I went with a simple black color, as I tend to go through this hue a little quicker because it’s a color that can exhibit age a little sooner than the others.

DSC_1144

Retail Price Point: $10.99 for one tank top from Simlu and you can choose from three different sizes from small to large. You also have several colors to choose from, a total of 12 and shipping is free for Prime Amazon members, including returns.

Verdict:
I received the tank top quickly and it came in a plastic bag with a sheet of tissue paper, nicely folded. So, the presentation was like kind to, which you get when ordering from a catalog. The dyes were not strong in scent and the material felt soft. It’s a long tunic, so no worries in fighting with a short tank that always needs adjusting. I usually wear a small in most brands but because I was unsure how this was going to fit in the chest area, I opted for a size medium. The tank top is a comfortable medium with a nice stretch but does not thin out like some thin cotton shirts do. The bottom area along the waist is a little bigger but because the material lays nice, I don’t look sloppy and I just get a little more added comfort. The chest area has a little bunch finish towards the center and this does add a cute detail and again different from the common tank tops that most companies sell as for “layering”. I want a tank top shirt that can be a shirt itself when needed (so not ultra thin) but also wears well when I want to wear it under a see through shirt or just under another top. The Simlu tank top fits the bill and around $10 you get the shirt, plus the shipping and that is a pretty fair price with convince added.

Comfy Clothiers: 18 inch Long, Heavy-Duty Metal Shoe Horn made from Stainless Steel

DSC_0963

When it comes to preserving the items I buy, I take extra steps and will do everything from purchasing a kit to treat leather goods, to special cleaners for certain fabrics and materials. Finding a good shoe takes time. Yes, I see a lot of cute pairs but if they are going to make me go, “ouch”, that means they mostly likely will stay looking cute in my closet. I decided to invest in a shoe horn several years ago because I’m a girl with long nails, and sticking my finger in to insure I did not crush a heel when inserting my foot, well it would sometimes pinch or crush my nail a bit. My priority was my shoes but I also did not want to ruin a manicure because of it.  This also meant I would use my nail again upon removal because I dislike the idea of stepping on one heel to remove the other! It just leaves you with one really marked up and damaged heel in the end, and shortens the life of your shoes.

Then came to hunting for a simple metal shoe horn. I thought it would be quick and easy. I then realized many name brand shoe stores no longer existed. People buy their shoes from stores that carry multiple brand names, will buy shoes that cost less just to wear a current trend, or even purchase from outlets that clearance out shoes from past seasons, to buying just directly on-line. I am guilty of all. The problem then comes that when you need accessories or kits that help you preserve suede, leather to even cleaners, that also becomes as generic as the place that carries a whole lot of brands. They usually carry one item if any and not always a good product. I went everywhere from places like Macy’s, DSW, to Target to find a good quality metal shoe horn. There came a point that I did not care of length, just as long as the metal was of strong and would last. Found many plastic ones and bendy metal ones! I just could not locate a good metal one until I entered Nordstroms, and the ladies department had none, but the men’s department next to the suits did. It cost me more than I wanted to spend, but then again I kept telling myself, “you are saving your expensive heels, so it’s worth it”. The metal is strong in the shoe horn I purchased and has a clear coating to insure smoothness that is welcoming when using it. All my heels have lasted well (some even over a decade) and none have experienced the wrath of warped heels from me stepping on them when it comes to putting my shoes on. Poor shoes of the past!  Just one smooch each time you insert your foot cause damage to leather and really makes a shoe not last as long as it could.

When I was offered the campaign for the Comfy Clothiers long metal shoe horn, I jumped on it. It is longer than the one I have and it advertises the product as being made of a strong and “heavy-duty” steel. I figured it never hurts to have an extra one either. When the shoe horn arrived, I noticed it is 18 inches in length and slimmer in diameter. I wear 6.5 in most brands like with Poetic License, Franco Sarto, ect. branded shoes.  I’m a 6 with Born heels, and with Ugg heels (never have owned the boots), I’m a 7 due to the padding inside that adds extra cushioning. My feet are not wide, so my former shoe horn was a little (wider) bigger than it needed to be but realize I got desperate towards the end. I could only locate plastic ones at stores and on-line it is hard to decipher if the metal is truly strong and stiff enough to withstand years of use. I can say the Comfy Clothiers shoe horn is made of a strong steel that does not bend or deform when using.  I also like the lack of needing to bend over to use this shoe horn from Comfy Clothiers, because the length allows no need for it. This is great for days I’m just aching to days I don’t want to bend over and accidentally get lipstick on my shirt’s collar. Yes, that has happened to me to even getting lip gloss on my hair when I bent and it came forward, which then transferred it to whatever shirt I was wearing. Girls with long hair problems! I have none of those worries now and the metal is stiff enough to last years of use and smooth, so you don’t damage your shoes or hurt your feet. I also saved gas ordering directly from Amazon! So glad I have this shoe horn from Comfy Clothiers because you have no idea how hard it is to locate a a good metal one if you try to purchase from a brick-and-mortar store!

Tantino Gold-Framed Classic Aviator Style Sunglasses

Spring is almost sprung in Southern California and with it comes a lot of bright, sunny days. Sunglasses are almost a necessity out here, and I’m always on the lookout for an affordable pair to match with outfits. When Tantino put up a pair of sunglasses in a the classic aviator style, I was intrigued. Let’s just say I’m not anymore.

To start, Amazon did them no favors by carelessly throwing them into the box with no protection and a much larger item along with it, which essentially beat the holy hell out of them for the duration of the trip. Amazon did replace them, and what I had ascribed to damage from shipping is actually mostly really poor quality control and poor materials used. My lenses were not optically correct, which will lead to a great deal of eye strain and headaches. The frames were so thin they bent just opening them. The nosepiece needed a lot of adjustment to rest straight on my face. But, in their defense, the amber lenses didn’t cast too much tint on everything, more of making the world sepia-toned.The big 56mm lenses cover the entire field of view, the plastic lenses seem pretty sturdy, and they claim 100% UVA/UVB protection for your eyes.

Lastly, as I was browsing my local Target, I saw a bunch of aviator-style sunglasses in a bin for $3 each. They were identical to these from Tantino, except the Target ones I picked up were optically correct, and these were a third of the price. I know I was probably expecting too much from sunglasses costing $10.99 (the price they were asking at the time I checked out. It’s since gone lower), but I’ve bought hubby $10 sunglasses at the supermarket and had better results. Do yourself, and your eyes, a favor and spend a little more for a better pair of sunglasses.
