Tria manual says you can use it only once in 2 weeks. But did you use it Every week. Please let me know.

I read all reviews on many sites very carefully and noticed a pattern with individuals reporting (better and faster) results using it once a week. When the Tria arrived, I did just that and achieved quick results. It is up to you and I experienced no irritation or damage of any kind, as the Tria device is safe to use. I am still just doing touch-ups but barely ever need to pluck. Good luck and I hope you are as happy as I am with the results.

Thank you for the kind gesture Julie. I received free coupons (3) to redeem for the products, so there is no amount to refund. None of the stores in my area carry Rhodes, so I had to drive 20 miles one-way to track the products down at a Walmart Neighborhood store, which is not an area I visit often (was in the area for a Doctor’s appointment). I appreciate the offers and thank you for taking the time to reply and address my post.
